Return & Exchange Policy

If you're unhappy with a product at any time for any reason, just send it back to us, and we'll refund the purchase price.

Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 calendar days of date posted on packing slip. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from KidKlick. Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
Once your return/ exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

How to Create a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@kidklick.com and indicate your order number, item number that you are returning and quantity. We will then email you a pre-paid return shipping label.

If you prefer, ship your return using the carrier of your choice (insured) to the following address.

To complete your return, please fill out the return section of this Packing Slip completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Mail your item(s) back with the return slip enclosed.
Your refund in original form of payment will be issued once KidKlick has received and processed your return. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

How to Create an Exchange
We're happy to exchange an item if we have it in stock. In order to make sure you get the item you want before it sells out, an exchange requires you to purchase the item again in your preferred size or color and return the original back to us. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@kidklick.com and indicate you'd like to exchange an item. We will waive the restocking fees for exchanges.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
